Jalapenos that are 3-4 inches long, so they’ll be easy to stuff. The jalapenos are sliced in half and the seeds and ribs are removed. Taking the seeds and ribs out removes most of the heat from the peppers; if you like it hotter, leave some of the seeds in. Then stuff the peppers with a combination of cream cheese, cheddar cheese and spices.
The jalapenos get wrapped in half a slice of bacon and then secured with a toothpick.
