How To Make Kale Chips
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Lay on a baking sheet and season with the olive oil and salt. I like to make zesty hot kale chips so I add a little Chile powder Bake until crisp, turning the over halfway through, about 20 minutes.
You can also try breading the chips!
Serve this with a cool avocado dip or ranch dressing for more good taste.
