Well we start by getting all our seeds from only organic non-gmo growers.  We follow best practices for how we handle all phases of the grow from seeds water condition and minerals and for our microgreens organic soil. We choose to have gloves on at all times while handling any part of our grow. We produce in a environmentally controlled room. We are not subject to the same outside conditions as in a field. We source and grow only organic seeds. We have no weed or pest issues that a field has. It all comes down to this. Our products are clean and highly dense in nutrients and minerals to be very healthy for you.
